Wish had a Dragon gym in Honolulu, Hawaii, and open 24 hours. 💪💪💪🤙🤙🤙🤙, top of the line gym equipment. Not like 24 hour fitness, all low end gym equipment.

That would be wicked!! 💪💪Those 24hr/big box commercial gyms are often catered to beginners - no problem with that, but yeah, the equipment tends to be a bit boring 😅

Big Ron how did flex Lewis came up with gym membership, $120 etc. That very steep for most people who want to join the gym. He must have a specific coda he must make every month. And he must have a certain amount of members to pay the gym bills, electric, water and gym employees. Just curious about that.

He should really get rid of those horrible flat plates and just get old school iron grip hex plates with the grips for his plate loaded equipment. Way more user friendly.

@@MUTANTTV the flat plates are fine for barbell movements where you can slide the plate sideways, but getting those flat plates off that dip machine, where you have to lift them straight upwards, must be a pain in the ass.
