Officials say it could take a while to get Chattahoochee River back to normal after E. Coli exposure

The Chattahoochee Riverkeeper is issuing a warning to swimmers, boaters, and kayakers who may be accessing a dangerous 70-mile stretch that continues testing positive for high levels of E. Coli.

How can you say that the last time it was this high was last year and then say that this is four times the level of last year? Even worse, you never said there was a spill before you say this isn’t like your typical spill, then you start referring to a “plant” you never mentioned. You go on and on about it being in shambles but never relate it to the “release” or tell us what was released. The explanation never comes so I have to assume some plant either released e-coli or something that caused an e-coli bloom, but you never actually say that. You mention that it was miles downstream but forgot to even insinuate that this plant had anything to do with it. What a mess of a video.

The East Cobb water treatment plant had a ecoli problem in January. This one is South of that past the Powers Ferry boat ramp all the way South past Atlanta. Best to drop in North of Roswell and get out before Powers Ferry (Vinings). Even Columbus is fighting Atlanta poor water management.

Old news... It's not been recommended to swim in the hooch for like decades now. From all the trash in it to... This. Like... You don't swim in rivers near cities. They always have issues
