You are so fortunate to be moving to Virginia. My sister lives in Richmond. I would move there if I could! Only neg is their taxes but our Texas property taxes are too high so it balances I guess. Virginia is so pretty.

Yeah, I feel like everything’s gonna balance out even with having to pay state tax. Property taxes seem to increase just about everything here in Texas.

I'm so sorry you are not feeling up to snuff. I have the same thing and unfortunately at 80 ( will be in 3 mo) it takes longer to get rid of things. I hope you feel better soon. I'm sorry to lose a neighbor Texan but know you will be happier next to friends.

Ian, when we moved we packed car with sons computer, my laptop and a small safe with personal documents, small valuables and compuer backups. Over 3 days, we had to load and unload the dang car so if stolen, we could limit our loss. It was a pain but worth it since our overnights might not have been in the best parts of town.
