It's both :) Henning grew up with a single dad and they had and still have a close relationship. So his dad was the only one parent at home.

the "forever and me" part is playing with the 'for' part of the sentence. so properly translating the full sentence would be "you are home forever and FOR me" or alternatively "you are home for eternity and for me".
