taby m. Bioware released the tavern music for free, so I'm sure it's floating around.

You have to do Blackwalls quests and take to him a lot, after he tells you a story of a dog he saw as a little boy that's when the song is unlocked

Mylinda Eversong Not true, nor relevant. The OP was wondering where he could download the music, not find it in game. Also, Maryden automatically knows the song. It's not event specific. Besides, the song better applies to the Grey Wardens as a whole, and not specifically Blackwall, who never actually participated in the Joining, and thus had no oath.
