married in 2020, but never submitted any immigration docs due to living outside of US put in removal proceedings 2021, i130 submitted and approved. was advised to not submit the i-1485 , until the removal proceedings are terminated. was recently notified in Jan to keep an eye in the mail for the interview scheduled date. what should we expect? we need a lawyer.

Has anyone heard of a case of a I-485 adjustment of statues with 3 illegal entries getting approved? It’s for my parents I am a military son and my two siblings are 4 & 8

Who ever gets approved cg with out no interview family based spouse married to usc and spouse is here and they get a 2 year they will get interview when it's time for citizenship they will interview i know a few people who did not have interview when time came to remove conditions and citizenship they got interview then .. marriage based

Every body gets excited for not getting interview but you will once that 2yr greencard is up still got to put all your papers and more evidence for bonifide in order to get 10 yr card plus also when going to citizenship and still married you could apply for citizen ship 3yrs and still interview there also and all taxes joint and proof for bonifide marriage so its great people finish and get in short Tim Green card 2yr. But time comes interview and all that will happen in order to remove condition. Gd luck to everyone

Hi, i have I-140 is approved and I am F1 student in US. My passport is going to expired by the time I would file my I-485. If I keep my student status, do I really need valid unexpired passport to file I-485 later on?

Good evening Thank you for the information you are sharing with us .my k1 case is ready for the interview in Abu Dubai embassy and i went to Egypt to gather the documents and translated them in certified translator from US embassy in Egypt would it be accepted in Abu Dubai embassy
