mayday parade is a band who writes from their hearts their songs are amazing because they mean something bands who write from their ass's are not song writers you can only say you wrote a song when it means something to you, that is the whole reason why mayday parade is good they have talent live and edited the bands who can't sing live are not even close to a true band and not even close to being true artists therefore Mayday parade you are one of my favorite band thank you guys for being so good at what you do!

Since I first heard this song, way back when. It really spoke to me. This song was perfection to me. This is the song that I think changed my life. This song made me want to make music to help people like this song helped me. And ever since I heard this I swore to myself i would help people with music, and one day i will. And this song right here is where it all started. I can turn this song anytime and it still speaks to me as if it were the first time i heard it. True beauty.

LISTEN UP!! Just cause 5SOS sounds like them doesn't mean they intentionally tried to. They're both good bands and everyone likes who they like. I like a hell of a lot of bands both included but I don't compare them. Music is fucking music. Stop comparing bands when they're not even in the slightest the same. Music is for you to enjoy. I still play this song whenever I warm up. Because it's their first song, really. And it's the first song I heard that made me break down, crying uncontrollably. And the second was Terrible Things. As an attractive guitarist/singer, you'd think I have everything. I was told as a CHILD that I had good looks, but I never believed it. I haven't had it easy - ironically, I was betrayed on MAY 1ST (also my birthday, lol...) and thought I'd never recover. I thought I'd never love again. But just remember, fellow KZbin commenters: There is someone out there who will make you forget all of that. You will remember you are alive. And even if that person leaves too, if you learned something, it was WORTH IT. Never let anyone tell you any different. I never thought I was attractive until I believed it MYSELF. That I was worth it to someone. And I am. And so are all of you. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And I know that more than ever. :)

Okay, guys, I'm an avid song writer, and that's what I spend most of my free time doing... However, I'm only a 14 year old writer, and I want my songs to be heard... I wish I could post them online for people to read, but i'm too afraid of my hard work being stolen and used for someone else's fame. I would send it to a band like Mayday Parade, because my songs are right up their alley, but they'd never do them, let alone open the emails. I'm looking for a way to like "publish" my songs, per say, just because I want to reach out to an audience and tell them that they're not alone, and to assure them that they're not the only ones going through tough times, by expressing things that have happened to me in my life before... So, please, if anyone has any suggestions of what I could do, could you give me any ideas of what I could possibly to to get my songs heard? Thank you in advance, for anyone who even takes the time to read this.
@mslife999 жыл бұрын
