Its fun seeing you Vlog the streets I ride along! It was love at first sight with the VTR250 for teenage me, its what made me fall in love with nakeds. I ride a Husqy Svartpilen 401 now but the VTR250 still turns my head whenever I see them on the street. Also completely agree with you on the earplugs. My first few rides were without them but now I wont ride if I dont have them. The pair I have come in a keychain canister that I leave on my house keys so theyre always readily available.

I'm glad you enjoyed it! The Svartpilens are beautiful bikes, they really stand out. What earplugs are those? My pinlocks came in a useless carry case that you can't really take anywhere. Thanks for your comment btw, I appreciate the engagement especially this early on

@@gutterrashrides Yeah all good mate, enjoying the vids. The earbuds are the Downbeats brand bought from Amazon. They're one of the few buds that have actually fit my ears so I'm happy with them.

Absolutely. Very light indeed, around 130kg mark I think? I've managed to snag myself a ratty Hornet 250 for the same sort of price. Would love to try one of these out though, as the man says... They're so easy to ride, like a bicycle! I've got a clr 125 as my daily town ride and that is suuuper chuckable! 😁

At 4:42 fun little fact is that suzuki, being 1300 inline 4, has 4 cylinders, each of which is bigger than the entire VTR250s engine (cc wise)

I had one on loan years ago when I had a Suzuki Across. I loved how the VTR250 darted in traffic, it was way lighter than my Across though not as fast. I ended up getting a VTR100F when i upgraded to non-LAMS bike. Which was good, nut verry heavy in traffic.

Love the Across - I prefer it over the VTR because of its 4 cyl engine

Yeah wasn't the nicest unfortunately, but still got a good feel for the bike and loved it!

@@gutterrashrides well, I have the latest version of it, one with an injector. In almost pristine condition. I can tell you, this bike is a trap. I need a more powerfull one (double horsepower would be nice for longer trips outside the city). But I cannot afford a second bike so I have to sell it. And I cannot sell it, because it is a perfect bike which I fell in love with. Catch 22.
