Dude, that little Monster look-alike sounds great! Has the proper 90 degree v-twin sound of a much larger bike. I'd love one but, of course, they never came to North America.

It's a lovely bike! Quite easy to mistake for a baby monster at a quick glance. Very sad that they aren't being sold in North America :( Can always get the real thing I guess? :D

Great learner bike. Had mine for 2 years & then upgraded. Now ride a SWM superdual X. Still love the little bikes, more fun to ride.

@@pas0003 Where can I find that exhaust brand mate. I am in Melbourne.
@pas00033 жыл бұрын
@@borarider669 I'm sorry, but I don't remember anymore! It came with the bike when I bought it. I think most exhausts will sound good on this bike so I wouldn't stress about it too much. I would just make sure to get a baffle for it as it's too obnoxious otherwise and I think it's too free-flowing for this bike, possibly resulting in reduced power. You might be able to find something I'd you search for "megacycle". There are a few brands with different names, but they all share the manufacturer and design.

@@pas0003 Will I still get good sound if I go to a custom exhaust shop ? Last question how can I fix the reduce in power ?
@pas00033 жыл бұрын
@@borarider669 I think custom exhausts enhance engine sound and don't really create their own sound. So for a v-twin like the vtr250, almost any exhaust, including the stock exhaust will sound good. For a boring parallel twin, no exhaust will fix the boring sound. All it can do is make it louder. I'm no mechanic, but from what I understand, lots of custom exhausts are too "open", reducing back pressure and the engine needs some back pressure in order to perform at its peak (not 100% again). So that's why I was under the impression that overly open exhausts with baffles removed, actually make your bike slower. I remember comparing myself and I though, I could tell that it was slower without the baffle. Solution is simple - keep your stock exhaust or if you get an aftermarket one, make sure it has a decent baffle. It will remove some of those super low frequencies, but I think you'll find the bike a bit more perky and it also isn't going to be obnoxious, screaming, while trying to keep up with a Toyota Corolla (talking from first hand experience here lol)

+Orpheonix files got corrupted... then that got fixed. Right after it just started shutting down as soon as it gets turned on :( The saddest part was that I was on a 3 day trip around the state and was really keen to document the trip
