We just did this the end of June. We thought it was great, not quite as good as the restaurant but still very good. Just a note on the portion size. My husband and I shared service for 1. We still had plenty of food leftover. Could have easily served three adults or a family of 2 adults and 2 or 3 younger children. So for us it was a good value!

This is exactly what I thought this review would be like. but if u could not get a seat at ohana and u had to have it. I guess this would have to do. Your going to be as big as a house if u keep doing all the food reviews. but thanks we really like them.

damn $50 per person! but with how much food you get, you could order for 1 person and split it with someone else to bring the cost down in your room, couldn't you?

Exactly! That'd be the biggest reason for my wife and I to do this. It'd be easy to split the food between the two of us and still have some noodles left over.

Oliver, thank you so much for the detailed review.:) I'm not surprised at your conclusion. My first thought when I heard about "Ohana room service was that the lack of restaurant ambience would bring down the experience. There's just something very special about the combination of the music, view, servers walking around with skewers of meat, etc. that would be lacking. It's a nice option for those who are either not able to secure a reservation of for some reason prefer not dine in the actual restaurant.

I blinked...did I see shrimp on a plate? Sure wish you just showed what was on each and every plate. That is the video I so wanted to see, yet no one did that (except for one person with a kids portion..sigh)
