I’ve been a One Piece ““hater”” since I was like 10yo. I never really understood why people would spend sooooo much time watching just ONE series when they could use all that time to watch like 100 series instead. But I have a friend that just loves One Piece and started trying to convince me to watch it sometime around April this year. Seems like my phone heard about that too since a lot of your videos started popping up in my feed, so I kinda watched A LOT of them, got spoiled about a million things yeah i know, but they ultimately convinced me One Piece was just this awesome and complicated world I just HAD to watch more about. Started watching One Piece on May this year, just two months later I just finished the Marineford Arc and I CAN’T STOP. But I’m sure if KZbin hadn’t shown me your videos, I would still be that “naa one piece? i have better things to do” kind of person and would be missing this piece of art 🤌🏻 Thank you for all your content!

Considering the Sun God fruit power has nothing to do with actual sun, I wouldn't surprised that the other God fruits power will also have nothing to do with their name. The God's title might be more connected to the emotion the fruits invoke during the awakening like: Sun = happines; Rain = sadness; Forest = fear; Earth = anger.

Everyone thinks Luffy uses up his life span. That was before they realized it was the Nika fruit. So, they were speculating based off the rubber man idea. The twist is his Nika powers allowed this so he didn't have to use up his life span. Luffy doesn't realize it because he was giving it up for his friends and family and to save others through his own free will.

I'm surprised the following theory about Imu didn't appear here: You've mentioned, that there is a theory about there being 4 gods (sun, rain, forest and earth). And you've mentioned the water fruit. I've heard a theory, that Imu (which is just Umi/Sea backwards) actually ate the Rain God fruit (mythical zoan that appears like a logia) or the Water fruit (straight up awakened logia), which makes him the only one capable of entering the ocean, and even merging with it, becoming absolutely invincible, because no devil fruit user can realistically fight the ocean itself. That's why he wants to drown the world so at the end only the red line is standing, if anything.

actually it would make sense that black beard has something like Cerberus; got it when he was young but the spitrit of the fruit was strong, So he got two other hearts but minds as well. Then they planed to get each other the strongest fruit possible because he could contain them. I would also imagine whenever he goes into like a hybrid form he'd have the other heads using the dark and quake fruits one each, while he uses the amps of the hybrid form. Very late to the party, but the god theory makes even more sense if you assume that the tremor fruit is related to the earth god. Monkey D. Dragon (Rain) Monkey D. Luffy (Sun) Marshall D. Teach (Earth) ??? (Forest) vs Imu who is terrified of both the D. clan, as well as god-fruits (Dragon, Luffy confirmed). Not sure how Aramaki fits in, as he's not a D. clan member (as far as we know) and is not wanted by Imu (yet). Theoretically he could die and a D. member could eat his fruit to get this insane final showdown. This would probably be Vivi, but if it somehow ends up with Garp then Oda is cookin' real spicy. Grandpa, dad & son teaming up with the Ace's killer to silence Imu.

I think it is very possible that Shanks intended the "Gomu Gomu" fruit for Luffy because like what was mentioned in earlier parts of the video, Shanks doesn't want a devil fruit ability or to have any devil fruit users on his crew (as a theory).

A link ive noticed: Minks & Zoans are very similar If the jailer beasts are awakened zoan's whom have lost their battle against the will of their fruit. Then it draws a parallel to minks during their sulong being able lose their consciousness. Minks & Zoans can both achieve something similar to awakening with rumble balls I also find it interesting Chopper who can make minks & zoan users unlock a more powerful form that seems like the affect of untrained awakening similar to the jailer beasts by eating 3 rumble balls.

13:00 i think the general statement is that there are only 5 DF which give the user the ability to fly straight up right away. Like the Falcon or Phoenix fruit you just activate your full transformation and you can fly from the first moment. No training or skill is needed when your true form is a bird. There are many other DF that “enable“ the user to fly but only if they figure it out themself and use skill to actually achieve flight. 19:05 i personally think that the reincarnation of DF is a mix of both. Yes, the soul/ability goes out of the last users body and searches for the nearest fruit to be reborn into. However, it “needs” to find a fitting type of fruit that matches its form or ideals. For example could the Giraffe Fruit from Kaku never go into an Apple or Orange nearby. It would always look for the closest Banana nearby to be reborn into. That would also explain why there are some drawings in the book of DF because even though the fruit reincarnates, the shape, form and appeal would stay the same. I doubt that the swirly pattern and a different color is enough to distinguish between all the fruits especially with limited colors Love your videos man. Keep it up ❤🧊

The whole DF eaters not being able to go to Laugh Tale is so stupid. The reason Buggy got sick was because it was already written that him and Shanks didnt make it to Laugh Tale so Oda wrote an easy explanation of why they didnt go with Rodger. Anything past this basic understanding is head canon, reaching or a lack of comprehension of basic story telling
