Its an old tradition in govt., corruption is mandatory so much that even honest person feel guilty if they dont bribe chai pani for govt servants, good thing is that your job is done, otherwise the harrasment cost is much higher. Now in this job scam case, the fees (bribes) are too high and the so called wives (ladies) want to be rich overnight. Hope CM take action even if it involves his own....
