Ohio as a whole is a beautiful state. From Lake Erie to the Ohio River, it has excellent scenery. People on focus on Cincy, Columbus and Cleveland, but it has some lovely terrain and a lot of old and historic USA areas.

I grew up here and literally knew every road and community in this video. Im not Amish of course, but Sunday drives through this country were a part of my childhood. Berlin, now a tourist attraction, had one local eatery ( Boyd & Wurthmans..still there), an ACE hardware store, and a local ice cream stand. Every time Im in the area, I try to visit this amazing peaceful country

I suggest a drive through Lancaster county, PA/central Pennsylvania as well. My family is from there, so I visit often. That is a huge Amish area and the landscape is even more dramatically hilly and mountainous with the valleys, so you get these quaint clean farms and open fields butting right next to shale cliffs. Plus there are lots of dense, little historic villages along the way. It’s very very pretty.

Holmes County is the Biggest Amish Community in the Country. Not Lancaster Pennsylvania. I go there a to Visit My Sister in Sugar Creek.
