Thank you so much for all of your informative videos. As someone who wants to know all of the information and is starting IVF and who is at risk for OHSS, all of your videos have been helpful in preparing me and giving me really good questions to ask at the appointment when we were going over the plan. It reassured me to have my doctor bring up OHSS before I did and to see all of the ways she is planning around trying to avoid it, since I have PCOS and am at high risk for it. Again, thank you so much for providing this education and helping us feel empowered, even when going through infertility, where you feel like you have no control. THANK YOU!

I am currently still suffering with severe OHSS. The fluid may have started to gonaway now. Was in hospitalnfor 1 week. Look like 5 monts pregnant still... It is absolutely awful. Don't wish it on my enemy. I can't believe how slowly you get better after this. And of course as the pregnancy is successful it is 10 times worse than normally. I am glad i found your video, but wish i would have done it before it all happened. I am 9 weeks shortly and still can't fo much, have pain, nausea, discomfort etc. I hope people will see this and understand their body and what's going on and make the decision of freeze all even if the doctor doesn't. ❤️

Wow this was so cool, informative and interesting to watch. I am 24 year old, I had ivf done about couple months back due to Male factor infertility, and yes I did have moderate OHSS, It wasn’t fun!!! I was in PAIN! I knew I was at risk and I researched a lot before I started but I didn’t see any video that was this straight forward so I didn’t really understand it that much. I wish this video existed when I did my ivf, I would have voiced out a lot more than I did to the doctor. Thank you for this.

Hello., thank you for your educational videos. I would like to know if you experienced side effects from injections or any oral medications if they were prescribed? I have been postponing my first IVF after reading about the possible side effects.

Thank you, I love your videos. I feel like our clinic explains less than the minimal so your videos have been great source of guidance, info and comfort. I would like to understand better the different protocols available and implications (you talked about the antagonist protocol…) to have the information to make the best decision for us. Also we had “empty” follicles, what can I do to prevent this to happen on our next cycle? What can we ask our Dr?

Just had my retrieval on the 1st. I was so bloated and uncomfortable (I looked 6 months pregnant) I was never given the option of a paracentesis. Will keep in mind if I need to do another retrieval. Thank you!

Love your channel! I heard anecdotal evidence that if u do one egg freezing cycle and then do the next cycle shortly after (eg. Maybe after a one month break) - it can lead to higher number eggs in the next cycle (because of “leftover hormones” so to speak). Is that true?

Hello 🫶 I am currently in a long protocol with decapeptyl. No idea why? I have got prothrombin mutation therefore the pill wasn‘t possible. Do you think thats why? I have got a high AFC which is 29 and AMH of 4,2. I am sooo scared for getting OHSS! Do you think Cabergoline could help? Read a lot of studies about it possibly helping not to develop OHSS. Please help I can‘t get sleep anymore i am so scared😭

The AMH over five is that when you’re on your period or off? I know that can change during your cycle quite a bit for me I guess I have 5.0 on period and 8.040 not on my period. Have multiple risk factors for it so definitely good information to have!

This is so strange 😭 I am almost 40, very low AMH, no pcos and I got OHSS had to do a freeze all cycle and now I’m on blood thinning injections. I got 15 eggs in retrieval which was surprising. But I feel absolutely fine!

I did my egg retrieval on the 8th of March Friday and I am still bloated. The clinic did a fresh embryo transfer for me, I don’t understand why. I am 32yrs old 54kgs AMH: 3.6 had around 15follicles retrieved around 5eggs. It’s been 9 days and I still feel bloated and full . When will I feel better. I drank a lot of water ate good. Now started electrolytes and protein rich diet . Had to go to emergency after my embryo transfer was super bloated, full tight stomach can’t sleep properly shortness of breath . My abdominal cavity has fluid , chest X-Ray looks good . Sodium levels were little low. No vomiting or nausea. Eating in small proportion. Trying to walk for 20mins daily and sit upright. When I sleep I feel discomfort. Just want to feel better soon. Please advice

Do you have to have nausea? I had my egg retrieval today, ovaries have been really sore for the week prior (similar feeling to your bladder being so full you feel like you're going to bust). I had 25 follicles retrieved. Ovaries are still very sore, i have to walk slowly, hurts to move, I'm not urinating much, 34 years old, high AMH but it's under 5 - I'm not nauseous though, should i be worried or am i okay?
