You don't need much cornstarch in almost all dishes so a jar is fine. Lol

instead using cake and pastry flour can I use all purpose flour or just cake flour ?

Maria Rodriguez cake and pastry flour you can make. Just measure out how much you need in regular flour, take out two table spoons, and replace those with cornstartch :)

It is a studio. The coloured pots and pans are Le Creuset.

Is there a recipe to make fresh cream cheese, without the unnecessary stuff in the store packaged cream cheese? Also, the traditional Italian cheesecake is lighter than the American version, similar to the Japanese style. I think the Italian version is best. Though less "creamy", it is most tasty and flavorful with a better texture for the mouth in my opinion. I think over creaminess in non-liquid foods is tough for the taste buds to do their job.

This was a bit anticlimactic at the end! It feels like a story with no conclusion and such a weird abrupt end to the video. :/ I honestly can't trust a cook's tutorial video with no taste test at the end.

Je vous et regarder a lemission et j ai remarquer. Un peu de desordre dans la degustation a la fin soyer plus savoureuse et calme pour presenter la degustation de votre travaille terminer n aller pas trop vite pour que lemission devienne savoureuse j usqua. La FIN merci a vous et surtout surveiller les petite seconde pour bien les appliquer publiquement j aime vos recette mes il manque un petit quelque chose. 3 1/2 cups of sugar. My God!! 7 cups of raspberries ; where I am, it's $7-8 dollars a punnet. Might as well buy the bloody thing and keep the change.

Agreed. Much as I love Anna, it annoys sometimes that these celebrity chefs seem to think that have we average Jo's/Josephine's have an unlimited budget, and even more storage space!

Agree it's very expensive! But it usually much cheaper when it's in season. Sometimes you can get 3 for 2 deals. Also frozen tends to be cheaper than fresh, so that's another option.
