Due to Eurocentric bias Noguchi had to use Fritz Hansgirg on Patents similar to how Marry Kenney had to use Attorney Gibbons for her ground based fans of steering urban aerial navigation on patents due to Gender roles.

During WWII Japan has access to Manchurian oil shale and also had Hideo Hasegawa's NA to NZ synthetic fuels of Jun Noguchi's electrochemical Nitchitsu Industries in Hamgyong Province based on hydroelectric and geothermal power.

Kim Songsu in Wonsan of Kumgang as an understudy to Noguchi had a fuel refinery with cryogenic disk bowl centrifuges.

March 1961 "Chemical Engineering Progress" described how they synthesized hydrazine as Barbara Moloney has written on such a topic while Robert Willcox's book portrayed Noguchi as "Dr. Strangelove' with excellent bibliographies.

Pretty much the USA today... If the Saudi Kingdom can guarantee cheap oil prices.what happens here in Syria is not concern to the USA. If the EU can guarantee cheap corn markets then what happens in Ukraine is not the concern of the USA
