OIL LEAK FIX! [Oil Cooler And Oil Filter Housing Gasket Install Mk4 Vw Golf Vr6

There is a very common issue that comes with owning a older vr6 or any volkswagen. And common oil leaks from these cars if they occur are going to be oil leaks from the oil cooler housing and the oil filter housing gasket. This video will show you what you need and the steps to do so.

How much did the oil cooler and gaskets run you? Also have the same problem on my VR6 it leaks a bit but i rather have it not leak any oil.

SpyderTurbo92 the gasket costed around 15 bucks for both depending where you get it from

ECS tuning sells gaskets for 5.00 a piece , oil cooler for 26.00 .

HEY GUYS... Can anyone tell me if by having a bad oil cooler will cause the engine to lose power? for example if i am driving and i accelerate it feels like it its miss firing, but its not because I dont get any codes that it is miss firing. Thanks!
