Out of all the bodybuilders that I've ever seen, Chris is the one who in my opinion works out in the most ideal way possible. This is something that always called my atention and I don't see a lot of ppl bringin it up. His movements are complete, clean, slow and he leaves the muscle the perfect amount of time under pressure. I wonder how much this impacts on his achievements and physique, but I would guess it's a lot.

I really hope Chris is doing this for himself. I heard so many spectators and former Olympia competitors/winners talking about how Cbum needs this for his legacy ... but honestly he's already accomplished everything. The open isn't what it used to be, and the guys saying that about Cbum were all people from the 80s ... who would have been competing against the Classic Physique version of Cbum. The problem with the open is that it's not really about symmetry, it's literally just a freak factor. Samson is bringing a little bit of symmetry back, but when you look at the last few years, the winners/runner ups all had 1 or 2 freaky body parts that set them apart from the others. It wasn't since maybe Rhoden or Heath that we had decent symmetry, so maybe Cbum can bring that back ... but against the freaks and Samson I think he'd really need to step on the gas ... which I honestly don't want to see.
