Yes,, you can show that with proofs. Also clarify them in the letter of explanation.

How many points does the French add in the expression of the interest stream with the job offer?

It is based on your score in the exam. You can check and calculate your scores on OINP website.

You can apply now. If you get invite before 1 year complete then better. We never know what will happen next year and if any rules change.

So if pnp draw comes btw 350 to 435, and my score is 357, so it’s 100% that I ll get invite or they ll choose people with higher score in range of cutoff.

You can but you need to provide proof that you are willing to stay in Ontario. Check it's document checklist and take decision.

No, not now. OINP has updated it's rules and now hybrid or working from home employee can also be eligible.

Yes, you can. It only needs any Canadian college. But you need to have job offer letter from Ontario emoloyer inorder to prove your intention to live in Ontario.

If it is graduate certificate or diploma certificate in other province,u cannot. If it is bachelors or masters in other province,then you can.

Nahi, CEC me aage jaaje koi 600 point apne se nai milta. Aap agar PNP apply karoge tabhi 600 points milenge, nai to jo federal ka points hai usi pe process hoga.

Recently OINP has updated the rules for wfh employees, so you can still apply. Also as per your requirement, you can also consult any immigration lawyers for better guidance as I don't have much experience for Students programs.

What is the minimum CLB for OINP non express entry?

There is no minimum CLB mentioned but if you have CLB 6 or less, then you don't get any points for it.

Waiting for general draws score to come down that much is not possible. You can apply for PNP and also extend your Work permit with LMIA to boost your score. Keep all the possibilities open.

Under EOI, you will get PR through non-express entry process which would take around 18 months.

Yes. But if you have job offer then you will get points for it and can increase your chances of getting nominated.

When will be next oinp human capital health draw?

Last such draw was in February, so it may take few months for another draw. There is no fix schedule so can't say for sure. Keep checking the oinp website.
