Lemme say this now because it took me way too long to figure out and the game doesn't do a good job of explaining it. AUTO SUPPLY IS YOUR FRIEND. Normally you manually set how many dishes with each ingredient you want to serve per night, and any dishes that don't get ordered and are left over get disposed of (READ: wasted) at the end of the night. Auto-supply allows the game to automatically supply ingredients for dishes as they are ordered. You just set the amount to 1 to get it on the menu, turn on auto-supply, and BOOM! The game automatically uses only the ingredients for dishes that are ordered, so no wasted fish, no wasted time, no wasted money.

I mean, it does say it in revolving text.... Right there. 30:24 - Read the revolving text. States it. Doesn't state "Auto supply"s usefulness, but it *does* state the disposing of things on the menu. Cartoonz' lack of caring to read dialogue or text may make the game harder than it should be 😓

Also, it's worth pointing out that auto supplied dishes take longer to prep. Not a lot, but if ALL your dishes are auto supplied you'll start struggling to keep up at gold cooksta or silver if your employees aren't up to snuff.

When you shoot fish they are of a worse quality and aren’t worth as much so when your diving I recommend using a tranquilliser weapon to get higher quality fish and make more money

The hammer is a good weapon for starting out because you can easily knock out small to medium sized fish and have all the meat in tact for the sushi restaurant. Three stars every time. The net gun also gives you the same thing but on a bigger scale the only downside is the availability of ammo so the hammer is my go to no matter what level you are.
