If I like to DIY lavender hydrosol at home, should I wait until the lavender blooming as well (or before they're blooming)? Also, same questions for using them in tea or cooking (spices), should I harvest before or after they're blooming? Thanks!

For drying lavender, cut it when the blooms are about 1/2 open. When you distill, at about 3/4 open. Have fun 🌿
