Well, leadership is more than likely a factor it isn't known to what extent. What is known and has been confirmed by 343 staff, and what is considered to be the leading issue for the originally slow content drip of content was engine issues and how the game was coded. It made it extremely difficult if not impossible to add some types of content to the game, and only recently have many of those issues been fixed. An example is cross core, the platform for it was never meant to have it and as such as impossible to implement until this was completely recoded. Obviously this is a LOT of work.

The only reason I don't play PvP at this point is because I can't. I wait for 15-20 minutes for 1 slayer match only for it to fail and ask me to play another mode, and then have it happen to the other modes too. The only one it doesn't happen to is the PvE modes. That mode finds a match instantly every time regardless of the Estimated Wait Time shown, without fail.

I don’t think bare minimum is Full forge with AI and a ton of multiplayer playlists with care and detail in all things and the ability to switch battle passes at any time to do them at your own pace and cross core helmets and armor coatings and the ability to get 7.5 battle pass tiers per day from custom games.

the thing about infinite mm is it tries to keep you at a 50/50 winrate regardless of the match balance or quality. if you win 3 games it will just give you an unwinnable match. most people just leave when that happens

You can use the original Gungnir there are 2 variants Use the stormfall helmet and in the attachments there is the gungnir and respirator both together and the face is a-bit longer like the original halo reach variant
