Mohit, we totally understand the concepts of intermittent fasting and calorie deficit. But the challenge comes after 9 or 10 months. I was on a 2000-calorie deficit for a year and a half and lost 25kg. While that might sound like a lot, it’s not the end of the journey. I still have about 18-20% body fat, but I've hit a plateau with the deficit. You should consider making a video on what to do for this issue, particularly focusing on body recomposition and how to transition from losing weight to building a muscular physique.

I have started my weight loss journey on 6th August. I am 24 years old, 192 cm with 110 kg weight. Coupled with controlled calories, spot reduction to a reasonable degree is possible. You don't lose love handles if you don't train obliques.

hi mohit I'm morbidly obese about 150kg at 5'7 I have a decent understanding of macros and fitness thanks to your videos and my past as a high school athlete. my question to you is did u become a diabetic when you were obese ? and if you did how's your blood reacting to the glycemic load after losing FAT and building muscle. I have been recently diagnosed with t2d I've researched every where and found mixed results. a few say it's reversible and a few say it goes away once a person heals his fatty liver by loosing FAT and getting to a healthy weight and a few say there's only remission and no going back. nevertheless I've started to adapt to a keto lifestyle for now until I drop a significant amount of weight but I'm curious to know if I have to live a boring carb free life for the rest of my time after I get to my goal weight if 80. I do intend to keep going to the gym and building muscle. please do tell me if u were ever diabetic or not.

Yes it would. A calorie deficit puts you in a catabolic state which isn’t ideal for muscle growth. But if you want to drop body fat, you have to remain in a deficit. It is possible to build some muscle while being on a deficit but not a lot. If you want to maximise your muscle growth, I would first recommend a fat loss phase (calorie deficit) and once you’re down to 15% body fat (or lower), you can gradually add calories from there and focus on maximising strength and muscle.

Pls reply mere 2 months huye hai gym join hue. But mere body mei jyada changes nhi hai instead of following a diet plan. i am a girl. Bohot kam changes hai my upper back,lower back, legs,chest,glutes,tight hua hai but triceps has no change.iska matlab fat loss hua hai kya.pls reply girls ko kitne months lagte hai overall body fat loss mei. Protein powders usually contain either maltodextrin or sucralose, both I've heard are unsafe/harmful for the body. What's your take on this?

A good quality protein does not, and should not contain maltodextrin. There are sellers that sell adulterated products so you want to ensure that you purchase from a reputed third part tested and certified brand. I would recommend purchasing from their official website/store. Now coming to sucralose. There is currently no evidence suggesting any harmful side effects of long term consumption of sucralose. Unless you are intolerant to sucralose; I wouldn’t worry about it. But if you are intolerant or sensitive to it, considering purchasing unflavoured isolate/ hydrolysed whey.

As mentioned in the video. You will lose weight from hips and lower belly at the last. So focus on overall weight loss and you will eventually get in shape. At the same time hit the gym and lift weights. This will give shape to your body and help you build that V shape masculine look.
