2:02 the "ukemi" she's referring to is the roll she did when korone punched her. "ukemi" refers to roll and breakfalls from martial arts. I think in another part of the stream she mentions that she learned judo from an uncle or something when she was younger, which helps explain why her roll was so smooth.
