Of course She knows how to pronounce the letters, most languages use the same letters after all. The problem is English rarely pronounce the letters like they original sound when forming words. And not even that, English change the pronunciation of stuff from country to country, state to state and even city to city. Objectively, our language is one of the worst for being used worldwide.

It's not that Okayu underestimates the power she has over us overseas bros, she just plays it so low key she often forgets. I remember recently Korone mentioned how many overseas guys were listening in and for Okayu to say "hey guys" and as soon as she said it the entire chat lit up. One of my friends put this in a way that I feel actually encompasses ny experience with language: "Native English speakers have invested so much time to learning all the nuances of this really complex language, it's no wonder people who didnt learn it from birth have trouble with it" to which I responded, "So what you're telling me is native English speakers invested all of their language skill tree points into English to max out the tree, and as a result, we'll struggle with other languages, meanwhile other languages can manage to grok the basics of languages faster because they didnt spend all the skill points in a dummy fat tree" Conclusion: English is hard af, but only because there's so many rules and contexts and junk. But also, Okayu's english is hella cute.

English has a lot of needless complexities in the rules of how it reads, speaks, etc. as a result of borrowing most of it's words from various other languages. All that i had implied is that because of all of these things, there are so many rules and redundancies in English that make it so learning the language is more confusing than it needs to be, especially in comparison to other languages. But I wouldn't ever go so far as to call English "harder".
