Jim, you and Michael wrote an incredible song! I'm sure you miss Michael greatly, as we all do. The Call had such an incredible influence on me during the 80's. Though a singer and guitar picker, your keys were so prevalent in songs by The Call that it made me wish I could play the ivories. Thank you for the music, brotha!

a long time ago in a universe where people rented dvds and vhs tapes, I had a job at blockbuster. On busy nights, I'd have a cued up tape of lost boys which I'd slip into the vcr for the timmy cappello scene and everyone would just stop what they were doing and stare in amazement. thank you for the awesome cover

Funny, the first time I heard this was a version by Russ Taff, a Christian performer, then I heard the lost boys version, RT's is by for the best version, just with the amount of soul he puts in it. But not to take away from these kids, they're awesome!

I looked up the lead singer of this. The kid, Nate Sego, is a freshman goalkeeper playing soccer for Belmont University. Which, as far as I can tell, is Division I, though they just had a tough season (3-15). Still … talented kid. I think his vocals are the best part of this cover.

A cover that does justice to the original, and adds some neat layers to it, as well. Beautifully done. Saw the Call (with Michael Been's son on vocals) in Los Angeles in the Spring. Amazing show, and this is easily among their most amazing songs. Loved hearing this.

The only disappointment is that the sax player didn’t have a greasy pony tail and wasn’t on steroids. Other than that it was spot on to the “Lost Boys”. Great job kids!

Such a great cover of such a great song! Lost Boys was one of my favourite 80s movies, and as a sax player in my high school band, that sax part blew my mind! I only took sax back up again during lockdowns but still haven mastered this song! Life goals! 😂
