At the end of the vault meeting, there's a guy coming in with a broken water chip. It's a nice little nod to the first game, where your vault overseer sends you out into the Wasteland to find a new chip.

Popular opinion seems to be humans worthless, dogs protect at all costs. I get it. People are shit, but it is a little worrying that people barely bat an eye at wholesale human slaughter.

Liala: the first episode was chaos and I don’t know how I feel about it Me: it was? Me (remembering that Liala’s never played the games): ohhhhh right But seriously, the gore was startling to me, and I’ve been playing fallout since Bethesda bought it and made fallout 3. There’s literally a game perk called Bloody Mess, and I could only stomach one episode a day 😂

I never get Bloody Mess: makes looting bodies too difficult. _Hey, I want to grab that plasma rifle off that guy. Guess I have to climb up on that building and loot it from an eyeball._

23:40 as a former zookeeper, when we would get new interns thats a scenario that played out often. Being chased by emu, dive bomber by birds, headbuttrr by a herd of goats.. thats a spitting image of a new interne first day and the keeper assigned to them lol

Yeah, Norm is lowkey amazing. Lacks Enthusiasm... Then he stumbles on this mystery and you see the unyielding determination in his actions. Lucy and Ghoul are written really well and have flashy things going on so Norm and his awesomeness hit me in second view time.

I’ve had two dogs. One was tennis ball oriented. The other was an Australian Cattle Dog, very human oriented and eager to please. Consequently she was easy to change. When she was about 4 years old we moved from the U.S. to the Mexican countryside, and her natural herding instinct came to forefront. Every day my neighbor passed by with his herd of goats and she’d look to me for permission to go with him and his dogs, and then she’d help herd goats until it was dinner time.
