Have you seen A Star is Born? The newest one with Bradley Cooper? A serious tear-jerker.

I saw this in Imax when it came out. I consider it the most enjoyment I've ever had watching a movie, in my whole life. A very good movie.....in Imax it's extraordinary.

In the movie Interstellar, the ticking sound in the background of scenes on Miller's planet represents a full day passing on Earth. The ticks occur every 1.25-1.5 seconds. For example, if Cooper and Brand were away for 23 years, four months, and eight days on Miller's planet in Earth time per Romilly and TARS, they're only actually there for about three hours and seventeen minutes.

Noone could play john except Michael clarke Duncan. May he rest in peace. I was 11 years old when i first saw this movie back in 2000 i had school the next day. But this caught my attention so i stayed up. When johns death came on i cried like the kid i was . My dad came in my room and saw what i was looking at. He just sat down next to me. Didnt say anything just huged me.

Read this really interesting theory that he actually dies in the crash in the beginning and the entire movie is about his passing to the afterlife.

You nailed it. The whole message is about the unquantifiable power of love ❤. Without that bond between Coop and Murph there would have been no happy ending.

I always wondered why John didnt help the attorney's son with his missing eye, possibly helping to prove his innocence - but then I realized that John said he didnt want to keep living in the world because of all the pain.

Funny thing is that I don’t actually think Coop ‘promised’, if you watch it back, he just says ‘and I’m coming back!’, there was no ‘promise’ in there, I think! .. A sign of a good man is that he lets his word be his word, if he says something, then that’s it! A man of his word! Awesome!

Great movie, one of the best I’ve ever seen. Good reaction, not great. You edited out too many important scenes! A longer reaction with more poignant scenes is way better than a cut down quicker reaction.
