It boggles my mind that we can't get a functional TE room. Like...of all position groups, this is clearly the easiest to build a room for. Every 3 star program in the country has like 5 good TEs, at least compared to ours.

My gosh, we are killing it in the portal on tight ends. This is a bunch of crap! We might as well just go get the whole kennesaw state or La. Tech players. You want to podcast these TE’s and look what we have, we can’t even sugar coat this. We can keep talking about defense and Mateer and act like all is well. John you’re just saying under Arbuckle TE is not important. That won’t work in SEC. Lots of excuses can be made until September. Pump it boys.

It seems to me that Carson Kent stands out due to his explosiveness and experience, but the lack of money being thrown at Johnson and Koziol leads me to believe that they really trust Mitchell, McIntyre, Helms and Trynae to take over the roles of TE and H-Back

Also, we Hawkins. I thought he played much better against Navy, and we are getting a kicker that hopefully can kick a field goal .

It is the rebounding that kills them. It did against Alabama also. You can win when giving good teams extra possessions to score

We have not watched our OU offense with the additions, under Arbuckle play 1 snap yet. None of us know what they will look like, the man has not had time to work with the ingredients in their totality. To be this negative this early has to be in your DNA. Not last seasons experience. Let's see how they get pulled together and each one of us gets to make a simple decision...Support our guys or go support that perfect team, there has to be one out there 🤔 #Boomer it's only the 9th of Jan😂 Let these guys at least meet eachother and they'll get to work!

@chief-qn3xg Yep! I'm right there with you! I'm honest in that I want OU undefeated. I want us to have a great season at the very least. Yet reality is, if not, I'm still on this Schooner, so while I can be upset, disappointed, etc. I'm never not Sooner prOUd! So no sense in brow-beating the home team. Give em' a chance. It's a new season💯

It all depends what kind of athlete you have at the tight ends. Develope them and they will produce. Get that OLine in and running game in order the tight ends will produce. It's not rocket science. Your OLine sucks you're going to need all the blockers up front. OLine and running game produce you bring those linebackers and safeties up. The tight end eats
