So lets get this straight. Nex started the fight by throwing water on them and bashing one of their heads into a towel dispenser. Any fight would have lasted less than 20 seconds as the camera shows them all going in together then a teacher comes in right after with all of them walking out less than 25 seconds after entering. No one was knocked out, No one was badly injured as they all walked out perfectly well. Her death had nothing to do with what happened in the bathroom yet here we have another Jessie Smollett situation where she was trying to paint them as the bad ones and the news media eating it up as it fits their narrative no matter how full of lies it is.

Nex was by no means innocent in this altercation and actually escalated the confrontation. she followed the girls into the bathroom and dumped water on them for laughing at her. she even slammed one girl's head into a paper towell dispenser before they pulled her feet out from under her and she blacked out from hitting her head on the floor.

@ng64 yeah, the fighting is getting ridiculous. about 5 years ago in my area a 14 year old girl got beat up by a senior after school in the park. the girl ended up having an asthma attack 2 hours later and died, but the girl that fought her was taking credit for it at first trying to show off for her friends, but then it became a big deal and her and her mom pretty much had to leave town and delete social media after that.

Nex was bullied before finally had enough. Do you think mabe the thrown water was an act of anger? Being that young, probably didn't know how to handle the rejection at school? She was emotionally abused/ bullied on more than one occasion according to the hospital interview with her. An officer interviewed her the same day in the ER. My worries is that the officer kept repeating himself that she could be held accountable for throwing water on them. Why did he keep telling Nex could be possible charges on that? Shouldn't Emotional Abuse be considered the top first crime? Is it possible Nex committed suicide because of worrying about charges , that's a possibility? , and so sad. Emotional Abuse is hard to press charges on because you can't physically see it, but it's actually worse than being hit. This person may have suffered greatly by bullies. Nex was born female and most likely challenged to see if she felt like she was a boy or girl . I hope this movement is happy about an innocent child passing, of course it's blamed on straight people. This stuff was unheard of when I was growing up, so tell me, who is to blame. I want this out of schools, LEAVE THE KIDS ALONE. I feel if this movement was never started this precious child may still be here.

If not the bathroom, it's common for kids that vape to do it all day, every day. Her eyes are at half-mast, and she's saying things she probably would not admit. She tells the police, "No, that was last week, when I got in trouble; these girls I didn't know because they are freshmen, I poured water on them, then slammed one into a dryer" I believe that is her grandma with her I believe she took care of Nex. Who knows what Grandma's into? We will soon know, hopefully. The issue is this case is so political I hope the powerful lobbying activist doesn't make a nefarious deal with the coroner. That would be the Mesopotamians, who wrote about beings who were neither male nor female, and frequently were both. You can also look into the ancient Indian subcontinent. Or over 150 different Native Americans cultures. If you want white people, we have a documented case of a nonbinary person from Norway in 1781. And in 1920s America, you could be deemed neither a man nor a woman for things as simple as being gay, or wearing pants if you were a woman. You can find influential modern writings from the 1990s. This is all really a simple Google search away. Our understanding of gender is not as constant as you believe.

The body cam footage can be found on KZbin if you want to see it yourself, but to add context no one else in this thread will give you, Nex “started the fight” by throwing water at some girls who were laughing at Nex. This prompted the girls to pull their legs out from under them and bash their head against the floor. An Owasso police officer who interviewed Nex in the hospital before they died suggested that they might not want to go after the girls legally because throwing the water could get Nex charged too, but Oklahoma legal experts are saying that is blatantly incorrect and that the officer overstepped. Self defense law does not allow for that kind of escalation.

From her mom’s 911 call that I heard, I’m thinking it was a drug overdose but time will tell if perhaps it was a brain bleed or stroke. None the less, Nox said herself that she threw her water on these girls which started the physical fight and that she even pushed one of the girls into the hand dryer. And although she said they seemed to be laughing at her and her friends clothing, I never heard her say these girls made any anti Queer statements or threats. We don’t know if these girls would ever have become physical if Nox hadn’t started that by throwing her water. And think of it in reverse. How mad would all those protesters be if they were told water was thrown at a queer person? It doesn’t matter if it’s just water, it’s wrong. She started the physical element of the fight. That’s what happened. It’s all sad and messy but a healthy society requires that people take responsibility for their behavior no matter who or what they identify as. Being hurt or angry does not mean that you can do anything in response. And how many of us experienced mean girl bullying in our school days and had nothing to do with anything queer. Being judged by your clothing and looks, your body, your hair, if your dating or not, your wealth or poverty, the hobbies or interest that others find nerdy or weird has always been apart of school life. Walkouts started getting popular when I had been at school for a long time. So this isn't something that my generation did. But if we did stuff like this, I promise you. It's because we only wanted to miss school for the day. That's it, and I can't hope I feel that kids are still the same way. But they also want to feel important. And they also have kicked me syndrome. And feel like they need to jump on the most popular thing that's being pushed in the world right now , and they need to support things even that are clearly evil or make no sense , but they insist on supporting these things and justifying them. Do these students realize that the media is even admitting the are 2 narratives to the story there are 2 sides. I'm not saying what happened to Lexington of happened. Walking out of school doesn’t hurt anyone except those students who participate. The school officials are still getting paid with your tax dollars. I hope media will attempt to get some clarification of what was said by the medical examiner and how this was interpreted by Owassa law enforcement. Law enforcement is not qualified to make medical interpretation. Also, a toxicology can be a routine part of a full autopsy. It may come back negative for any substances or may not but it is something that should be checked. It is not however, a red flag as reported by Owassa PD. Lieutenant Nick Boatman of Owassa Police Department: Boatman said the medical examiner did not explicitly tell him that Nex "did not die from something as a result of that fight." But that's how Boatman interpreted the medical examiner's comments. Boatman also said the medical examiner "emphasized they are waiting for toxicology," which Boatman interpreted as "kind of a red flag." Boatman said he is "assuming when I get that [toxicology report] back, something's going to be there." … Boatman told Popular Information that the Owasso Police "reached out to the medical examiner's office to try to head off some of this national scrutiny."
