I love that wood cook stove, that house is beautiful, and can be made even more so with a little cosmetic work on the lower levels. I'd love to make that adega into a lovely space for convivial gatherings in harvest season (or anytime really). Sadly, as an empty nester, it is just too much house for me ... unless I adopt a family or two... 😉

I look at so many properties in so many different areas that it's hard for me to put a price on them. Estate agents working in their particular area are best suited to do price properties. I'm best suited for making videos 😅 Yes sometimes I come across some real gems for sure!

The second property needs two more bathrooms. The lower floor windows need to be of a full-size. Why they were made so small, to begin with, is a puzzle. The whole lower floor is above the ground level and some more! You are fantastic with your work.

Many thanks! While editing the video I realised that the bottom floor wasn't underground. It is strange to have such small windows down there, but I'm sure they could be made bigger without too much work.
