What about reel grease? How come they sell both grease and oil?

Oil is for bearings and grease is for axle and cogwheels inside the reel

What is the difference between the XT 40, XT 40 S and 40 LS?

Hi There- I am not sure what the LS as it isn't something we offer here in the states, but as far as the other two, the S always stands for High Speed. The standard EPXT-40 has a 5.0:1 gear ratio, while the EPXT-40S has a 6.0:1 gear ratio. Hope that helps.

I just bought 2 Epixor XT reels. The 20 and the 30. Neither came with lubricating oil.
