Best distortion pedal I've heard on the show! Sounds like a real amp head as opposed to a fizz-box that most distortion pedals are. Great for a legitimate metal tone without a hi-gain amp head and an OD.

you can use a lot of distortion pedals in this manner, putting them not into clean channel, but straight into poweramp (return) even on this channel check ola's review of metalzone, infamous for it's sandy sound into clean channel and kinda not bad if put as preamp

@@mortencarnager84 Using a distortion as a preamp can also depend on the amount of headroom and how powerful it's EQ is. A lot of things sound phenomenal in the loop, especially if it's a high quality FX loop.

sounds amazing but imma have to wait till its on the used market, $300 new is a bit much when i already have Diezel VH4 pedal, REVV G4 pedal, Empress Heavy Menace. But I'm mainly glad to see sum Ola back to roots videos "WILL IT CHUG", I've missed the testing distortion pedal series.

Holy crap that thing is smoking. I'm saying it now, better than the Revv G4. The ability to control the tightness and thickness with grind and girth knob is what sets this thing apart from the rest IMO.

Really nice sounding, but i still will go with the KSR Ceres preamp. The best preamp i ve heard, and it has three channels. But the Natas chugs. Thats a fact.

It sounds crazy good. I guess the ONLY thing that would've made me really buy that pedal would've been to ability to plug it in 4 cable method with an amp to add another channel to it (like the Victory Kraken preamp pedal for example).
