In 96 I managed to mosh my way to the front of the megadeth crowd. Dave said “this next song is about f’ed up relationships.” I was so charged up all I wanted was take no prisoners, so I kept screaming it over and over. He looked at me and said “take no prisoners isn’t about F’ed up relationships you f’in a$$hole.” I couldn’t have been more proud of myself.

Lol. To be fair, they have their setlists made in advance. I doubt he could play it on command. Unless it was suppose to play later in the set, but still…

22:11 Man, I felt that way for a little while during my guitar-playing journey, but have come around full circle. Playing guitar is like meditation for me nowadays; I embrace the excitement and joy of going deep within and engaging in creative expression just for the sake of doing it no matter the circumstance. I like to approach playing with the mindset of playing and feeling my guitar with all my mind, body, and soul and letting go. At least that seems to always bring that spark of inspiration to me. All of this to say: Ola, you still play guitar like you have that same kind of fire and excitement! You absolutely deserve to feel that excitement and I hope you discover it again sooner than later! I can't wait to listen to #TheChugProject. #theinfinitecalling

Two things: A) I think a cool idea for all the guitars that you unveil on show, you should sign the back of the headstock before sending them back and a random lucky person will get it. Unless of course you keep them. Just a random idea. B) Favorite Pantera riff - I'm Broken - When I was in middle school back in the 90s I used to race BMX and I remember having one of those riding videos that just shows a ton of pro BMX riders racing and stuff. I hit play on the video and that was the first riff on the video itself. I was immediately blown away and remember sitting there with a blank look on my face and thinking "I don't know what the hell this is but I think I just found my favorite band." Still my all time favorite band to this day!!

What's up with the Chug Project art? Without my glasses on, Pix looked like a tan guitar you were playing when actually petting him in the floor, listening to the test vinyl. 😁Inspired to crank Reinventing the Steel today. Finally, your videos, but mainly the launch of Solar Guitars, re-encouaged my guitar playing in my mid 50's, like teenager all over again ❤
