I am currently using a homeoblock and it is incredible. My palate is expanding very quickly and I am 32 years old.

Do you need an orthodontist for one or can you do it yourself? Do you remember how much it cost?

This video is more powerful than you know. This is the most underrated subject matter that happens to be one of the most important topics in health. Sleeping and breathing properly directly affects our health and how we feel. This interview touches on information that feels so pure and helpful in such a profound way. With orthodontists restricting growth for the sake getting paid big bucks to straighten your teeth, bad diets, large tonsils/adenoids contributing to OSA... transverse maxillary deficiency/constriction is a huge problem in modern civilization. Then they push Claritin/Zyrtec/Benadryl down your throat, making big pharma a killing. Then there are doctors being ignorant, getting paid to sell featured meds... or simply misinformed. There is no way that this kind of quality, life-changing information would be widespread. Because the doctors, orthodontists and big pharmas would lose a lot of money in residual business for the treatment of allergies, sleep apnea, colds and etc. Losing quality sleep can contribute to anxiety, stress and then they push Ambien, Paxil, Trazodone...it's simply not in big pharma's best interest for this kind of information to disseminate. I am also glad that Nitric Oxide was discussed in this interview. Nitric Oxide is critical for vasodilation, helping your organs properly oxygenate. This gas is produced in your sinuses, one of the many important functions of your sinuses' existence. With the loss of quality sleep and improper/insufficient breathing, you're essentially accelerating your rate of aging and increasing your risk for infections. Thanks for your video and I appreciate your input, Dr. Belfor. The only hope to widen the maxilla for adult patients is SARPE or a MARPE appliance that an orthodontist may have. Transverse expansion of the maxilla by separating the mid-palatal suture is definitely an option to improve nasal breathing by decreasing the nasal resistance that occurs from transverse maxillary constriction.

Crazy. This video is 6 years old and contains so much information that every doctor SHOULD know, but very few DO know.

This interview was very informative. I’ve had so many teeth pulled, head gear, retainer, you name it. I also now realized at 30, I didn’t keep my tongue on the roof of my mouth most of the time. I have a very flat mid face. It sucks.

Wonderful info about Nitric Oxide and infection. My story is far too long to put here. All the wrong things were done. I am learning so much now and am much better
