Ive been three months into mewing, which is having a proper tongue posture and my back teeths who had any space to come out are now fully visible, people need to know this stuff and stop spending their life on orthondontists like I did, not saying orthondics is bad but theres much more than meets the eye here.

@Hector Rahil did you watch the video? The homeoblock was proven to increase the maxilla in a 79 year old. Read his paper.
@sheryla54

@Hector Rahil I suggest you visit Dr. Belfor's website, he has images highlighting where new bone growth has occurred. There are also photo images clearly showing forward growth on a side view between the eyes and nose (in older adults). It is therefore clinically proven. Have you read his peer reviewed paper? You need to if you are going to refute it.

@Hector Rahil kzbin.info/www/bejne/iGa2ZnSQapWjd6c this is a video of a 70 year old dentist's testimonial of the treatment - very entertaining, but the images showing the growth sites are at 15:42 they are near the cheekbones. Which studies are your opinions based on, I would like to check them out?

This makes so much sense, I breathed through my mouth for 10 years because of a cat allergies as a kid. I think this changed my facial structure causing my dentist to recommend braces (and unfortunately extraction of 4 teeth due to "crowding") I've always felt my teeth and others who received braces look unatural which makes sense now because the bones were not shaping with the teeth. My question, I'm 31, is it too late to use a device to widen my dental bridge due to the extractions? My wisdom teeth were taken out as well😓
@olalan
@olalan 3 жыл бұрын
Sorry this happened to you. There was no need for extractions in your case. You needed help to put your maxilla back where it supposed to be. You can re-open the extraction spaces. This will expand your oral cavity and make your face look younger. It will give more room for your tongue to come forward, thus increasing your airway space.

I have been wondering why all the pictures of palatal expander that I have seen focus on the top arch. It seems like he is suggesting that if you change the top the bottom will also change? Because it seems like they would be out of alignment if you only expand the top.

I am about to visit Dr. Joseph O'Cruiz in Canberra in Australia who developed the SOMA. Is this similar to the Homeoblock. I need to expand my maxilla and move it forward to correct my bite and i have just turned 50 years old and i am missing 3 adult teeth due to extractions upon my dentists advice because of me grinding my teeth. My 5 year old daughter has now displayed a Class III bite and my 10 year old son a Class ii bite. I am wanting to change all of our jaws. I would be greatful to hear from you. Warmest Regards Leisa Mari Bekkers

hello, i just turned 17 and i have straight teeth but a class II division 1 malloclusion. i have been practising proper tongue posture and function since 2 months and have seen improvement. My jaw and smile became wider but my overjet remained. I keep doubting that my face can grow forward because im at my late teens and i think going to a orthodontis is going to worsen it. Please help! (ps, my posture is good and i adapted it as a habit but when i sleep my tongue goes back in my troath and i snore or breath trough my mouth)

Hey I am in the same boat. Using Invisalign. Orthodontist is having me use rubber bands to move jaw forwards during sleep. Perhaps using a mouthguard for UFC may help to keep your jaw forward during sleep. Be sure it has both bottom and top parts.

If you look at his animation; kzbin.info/www/bejne/qYqtc56ObquHgrM you will see folks in the 40's or more. I'm going to do this in my 50's. BUT make sure you bone up on bone meal, magnesium, vitamin D, boron, zinc/copper, lysine, vitamin K2, vitamin C, and the 60 microminerals- look up Dead Doctors don't Lie by Joel Wallach for more on that- there is also a website (kingmaker) that has transcribed portions of his lectures and catalogued them into an alphabetical subject reference, they call it "Wallach Wisdom", and "Wallach Encyclopedia.". Especially look up his chart on calcium, It turns out that even though all this "research" has been demeaning the value of calcium supplements, it turns out most supplements are limestone, not something we absorb. Evidently while the label tells us that one calcium pill is 500 or 600 mg , in reality we are absorbing about 28 mg. !!!! Years ago I took bone meal but there was a strontium scare and I quit. After all these years now, they have been marketing a "clean" bone meal. Some is expensive, but more effective than standard calcium. I am taking NOW bone meal but they hide that there is calcium carbonate (limestone) in there too. So I am looking at buying a $50 meat grinder (as owners of dogs that got onto the raw feeding of their carnivorous pets are grind their own meat and bone together for pet food, so these grinders are more available). and grinding up my own bones from foods. (we raise our own rabbits and chickens and poultry and goats, so there is that, but we also are saving our bones from any storebought bone filled meats. ). If you read Weston Price's Nutrition and Physical Degeneration, (search for free PDF), and Sally Fallon's Nourishing Traditions, you will find dense nutrient foods and bone broths were/are a staple of the healthy tribes. Long cooking bone broths leech the calcium out for easy digestion. They also contain abundant gelatin and all complex of collagen. Those are all equally needed for our skeletons. K2 is another nutriewnt I never had to supplement with before, as I think the dairy animals used to be out on grass in the past and now, fewer and fewer, K1 is the factor in live greens that the animals absorb and turn it into K2 in their livers , fat and eggs and milk. If they don't get live greens, this cannot happen. This was factor X in the Weston Price study. Humans are not too efficient at this transformation. Also, people on rat poison warfarin are on bone killing meds. A much safer alternative is fish or krill oil, vitamin E (1000IU) , vitamin C, and K2. K2 drives the calcium to the right places. and Out of blood vessels. Vitamin K2 is vastly important for developing children and pregnant mothers.

Dr. Bell's Research on Intermittent Forces: - Intermittent forces are not continuous, like the tongue's force when we swallow. - The goal is to mimic natural tongue pressure to stimulate bone growth. Health Implications: - Development of the maxilla can reduce inflammation, benefiting overall health. - Proper breathing through the nose is key, as it reduces airway resistance and helps with sleep quality. Cardiovascular Health: - Research suggests a link between proper breathing, nitric oxide, and healthy blood vessel lining. - This could impact cardiovascular health positively. Facial Growth and Health: - Developing the upper jaw is vital to prevent facial stunting and maintain a youthful appearance. - Breathing and autonomic nervous system coherence are crucial for health. Questions for Dentists/Orthodontists: - Parents should ask if the treatment compromises jaw growth. - Ensure that the approach promotes proper breathing and overall health. Conclusion: - Dr. Bell emphasizes the importance of natural bone development, proper breathing, and autonomic nervous system coherence for overall well-being and facial health.
