This may be my favorite restoration you have done. Admittedly I’ve only watched your videos for a few months so I haven’t seen everything you’ve restored. I like this restoration because of the simplicity of the item but the artistry with which you restored it. Is it weird that I actually started crying at the before/after reveal at the end? This reminded me so much of the times that I would find a discarded piece of furniture and my Dad and I would restore it... my Dad has been gone 13 years now... I found an old wooden step-stool I had sat on at kitchen table when I was 3. I’m now 74 and when my daughter in law tried to use it, it broke. I wish I had seen this video cuz I would have tried repairing it.😢Now if I find another stool, chair or table I’ll be encouraged to try repairing it. Thanks from this old lady.
