Today I discuss why old cod dlc needs to be free for all old call of duty games such as black ops 2, black ops 1, mw2 and mw3 when they are added to the game pass. I discuss why microsoft and activision needs to make old cod games dlc free for all old cod games on game pass and how this would benefit the entire cod community!

Thanks dude and the only dlc i ever owned back in the day was the black ops 2 map pack that came with the peacekeeper and those £1.99 camos or however cheap they were good times though 😁

DLC's should certainly be a part of the deal. The hype would be much greater. I think they NEED to sell the COD community on this venture.

@kris5618 not sure because with Microsoft points you could end up having spare points left over and needing to buy more to be able to use them. On the other hand using actual money has it's flaws and I believe many exploit it anyway with the exchange rates by buying stuff from the Microsoft store in whatever the cheapest region is to buy from 😅

Is call of duty black ops 2 receiving a security update on console s to make mods and hacks not work properly online by banning modded consoles from online servers as theater glitches getting patched

This is something I hope will be addressed when the xbox reveal event happens discussing the next cod title for this year. They are rumoured to be discussing old cod games coming to game pass then as well so hopefully they will also discuss fixing old cod games to make them more playable before they come to game pass!

True. They sell the DLCs but u can not use it ! Its a huge scam ! An association of gamers should go in justice for that, we talk about a big amount of money with this scam.

They definitely need to do something to fix this issue because you can still buy the dlc for these games and in most cases can't even use those dlcs you pay for. So they definitely need to make them free in my opinion in order to allow those who have the dlcs to be able to use them!

Remember, during Bo2, you didn't need to spend real money. Before there were the Microsoft points or points cards you bought and with enough points you could buy a dlc or the season paas.

@TheScepticalThinker Yes, you had to buy them or the season pass. But what I meant was before the dlc didn't have a money amount, for example, 10 dollars. Before It cost Microsoft points, for example, 1250 points for the Bo2 season pass. In stores, you could buy points cards that were something from 500-5000 if I remember correctly. Maybe 5 or more years ago, that option disappeared, and now you have to use your credit card. And the old dlc's prices are either in euro or dollar, depending on where you live.

COD should not be on the game pass because game pass is bad enough already for the quality of the games in the long run. Microsoft should have never bought Activision since they're not changing a damn thing like the predatory and shady micro transactions tactics.

The quality of the old COD games is already pretty bad. How are they gonna make it worse? Seems like the revival of the playerbase would only make it better. If it's new CODs, that seems like a different scenario.
