3 medium onions sliced
500 grams chicken
1 tbsp ginger garlic
1 tsp salt
1 stick cinnamon
1 black cardomon
3 green cardomon
4 cloves
6 pepper corns
2 tsp coriander seed powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 cup thick yoghurt
10 cashews grind to fine paste adding 1/4 cup milk
spice mix
1 stick cinnamon
1 bay leaf
1 tsp cumin seed
3 cloves
1 black cardomon
2 green cardomon
6 pepper corns

As and when I cook your recipes I always use only quarter of the oil as I am not a fan of oil. Hate it floating on top. Recipe still tastes good with less oil.
