I live in an 1916 2 story farmhouse with a wrap around porch. We live way out in the country. Have been working on the place since we bought it 27 years ago. Still not done. There's always stuff to do. Ours was in pretty rough shape when we bought it. All the other women that looked at it went away screaming! Like my neighbor told me when we first moved here.....it takes a certain type of women to live out here in the country. I must be that type. Since I still love it after 27 years. Even with run ins with wild animals, dealing with our water system...a spring 1/4 th mile from the house, and keeping it running. Living in it unfinished all this time. Etc. Just remember to enjoy what you have finished, not just focusing on what you still have to do. It will get done when it gets done.

But nothing like out here. You have to deal with so much more. If you cant deal with unexpected things like you have to out like this. Dont move out like this. I love it, but it's not for everyone. 😁
