My husband made a paste out of crushed up vitamin C and water and spread it on my back when I got the shingles. I also take L Lysine and super vitamin b. Stress and low immune system brings it on I read. I wish I could eat peanut brittle. I love it.

I love peanut brittle. I just made one that was 1/2 Karo syrup and 1/2 Honey & it’s delicious. I do fix mine in the microwave. It’s so easy . Mix your sugar, syrup and peanuts, cook for 4 minutes, take out and stir, put back in for 4 minutes, take out and stir and add butter, and vanilla, put back in and cook 2 minutes, take out and add 2 Tbsp baking soda, stir and pour out on buttered pan. Use Tammy’s ingredients and only cook in a heavy glass batter bowl. Do not smooth out once on the pan. I will make this recipe though. I make most of Tammy’s recipes. Love you sweetie. ❤❤ These new microwaves needs to be turned down to 80% power.

My Mama used to make peanut brittle every Christmas and the only skillet she would use is a cast iron skillet. She never used a candy thermometer, she used the “spin a thread” method. Everyone looked forward to her special gift every Christmas.

Sweetheart I've had shingles 3 times. A Old woman told me the 2nd time to eat anything with peppermint oil in it. It actually works better then the medicine. You can Google it. I eat peppermint disks i don't put it on it.

Shingles, can reoccur bc they come off the nerve and mostly it occurs on your torso, it can even get on your head , once that nerve gets damaged it can always have everlasting nerve pain… so get your shot right away . Even though it is derivates from chickenpox you can get it anytime many times I’m going to try this recipe, I tried it in the microwave and it just turned to Carmel I like mine the color f peanut butter 😋 ❤fromTX
