Thank you, It is water resistant not waterproof so you still need to varnish after that if you want your paint to stay for long!!

I really need this video...just 2-3 simple steps of painting 🖌️🎨 furniture. First paint the base color. Then if you can take a printed template of what you want to write on it and then trace it with a carbon paper. And then start painting it carefully.

You can try a patch test. Just don’t mix water in the chalk paint.

No I didn't see any cracks, Which paint did you use was it Immix only or any other brand. And do sand the furniture first, then wipe it with cloth then start painting

Thank you 😊 Chalk paints are basically a family of acrylic paints and they are water based so easy to work on, and on the other hand oil paints are oil based they take a lot of time to get dry. And even it takes time to clean your brushes. I have worked with both.

After painting your furniture, give whole one day to fully dry and then buy clear varnish from any local hardware store and then you can start it by dipping the brush in the varnish and give a stroke in one go, don't come back in between. I will soon make a video on how to apply varnish properly.

How to fill holes in my table to be painted

For holes in wood we generally have wood filler in hardware stores or you can ask your carpenter to fill it up with sawdust and wood glue mixture. Then sand the furniture to make it even, then start painting it.
