Good morning Mitch from the UK…May I ask if you weighted down or put the chuck roast into a rack when you used the SV in your new Instant Pot ? I am considering doing this but I don’t want the bag to just float on the top…thank you….Ann

I used that rack that you get with the instant pot and just set it down on top of the bag and it seemed to hold it down
