I’ve tried the delta 8 and I’m an older people. Let me tell ya… I wasn’t used to that and wasn’t expecting that. Tried some gummies and it had somewhat of a delayed reaction. I started feeling relaxed and I thought that was the extent of it. Later that day I had to run to my parents house and on the way I started feeling it - I had momentary glitches of not knowing where I was until I passed something familiar and then I could remember. Man. when i was Twenty.... uh....4 or 3? i was BIG into Weed. i had yet to have Surgery, and smoking it made my Anxiety Stop dead in its Tracks right. so i thought "Well, if Smoking it is super Great, im sure EATING it would be even better, right??!" So i made it into "Butter" by chopping it up, melting it with butter on very low heat. the butter looked like Incredible Hulk Jizz i strained all of the Chopped up shit out of it i could, which wasn't a ton.. "so i got that crunchy, gaggy taste to go with it" and i added it to a BIG ol Bowl of home made Texas Chili! i was eating it playing World of Warcraft in a Dungeon Raid with my friends... and everything went south VERY fucking quickly. next thing i know im telling my parents "who i was completely trusting of, and they was fine with all that" that i "Didn't know if i was Breathing anymore or not" and that quote "Time is Jumping in very large Skips for me, and i don't know where im at in Time" or something to that Effect. i then tried to run out of the house in just my Shorts, in the middle of fucking Austin... "the City" my Dad was experienced enough he took me back in my room and sat with me and talked to me to make sure i didn't climb the Wall, or Put my Toes in my Nose and Suffocate. he kept hearing this Honking outside and we was both like "Wtf why is someone Honking so much at 3AM?" come to find out i had my hand on his Keychain, pressing his Key to unlock and lock his truck over and over again, without even knowing it lol.. God i miss my Mom and Dad.. they were so funny... he didn't find that very funny at the time though rofl A few years later, i almost died from a Gallstone of all things, that came out of my Gallbladder and got lodged in my bile duct. "which while blocking my Livers normal drainage, was also INCREDIBLY PAINFUL" but thankfully the doctors finally figured out wtf was going on and helped me.. but i got highly addicted to Opiates cause of the MASSIVE Surgery, they cut me from one end of my stomach to the other, and i was in pain daily from it for nearly 10 years. and it completely ruined me on P, Cause the Opiates effected my brain chemistry somehow, so when i do it now, it makes me INCREDIBLY Paranoid, incredibly freaked out and the whole 9.. so i guess it was fun while it lasted..

I can relate to the club sandwich bit. I used to smoke daily for close to a decade since college. I quit cold turkey about 2 years ago. One day I went and got a delta 8 vape at a smoke shop. It just so happened that I went to visit my parents the day I decided to use it. My mom asked me to make dinner and I was zooted. I had to try to play it off like I was fine, so of course I accepted. I have no idea to this day how I did it, but my moms says me making her dinner that day is something she’ll always remember. She was stuck in bed because of back pain, and she said that was the only time anyone has ever made her dinner and served it to her in bed. A funny, yet heartwarming story I still remember.

As someone who accidentally ate 80mg in gummies of Delta-9, I feel your pain. I couldn’t get out of my recliner and the blanket felt like it weighed 200 pounds. When I did finally get up I chewed on *1* Cheeto for 5 minutes. My mouth was so dry I was essentially just moving dry cheese powder around my mouth. I spit it out and tried to drink water but I forgot how to swallow. Then I took 12 minutes to put my shoes on to go for a walk to sober up but I looked out the window and the wind mildly blowing made me scared to go outside. definitely start small in dosage like 5-10mg and make sure your state hasn't banned hemp cannabinoids. My state of Florida regulates them so they're all safe to use. Also there's a whole list of natural occurring THC's that exist in cannabis. Delta-9, Delta-8, Delta-10, Delta-11, THC-P, THC-H, THC-B, THC-jd, HHC to name the common ones. @@lanzi7912 it is chemically altered cbd, you need to do some research. I live in a legal state and it's still sold here. They all have at least traces of those chemicals as well, and some is straight up contaminated. It's not a substitute either. Delta 8 exists in small amounts in some strains. Some strains are rich in thcv which can also be derived from cbd produced by hemp. Some like thcp and thco aren't naturally occurring at all, but they ARE forms of thc. The stuff they spay on spice and k2 are more like substitutes because they act on the same receptors but are a completely unrelated compound.

I use to think people that got this messed up on edibles were either lying or just really weak or I don’t know. It just never happened to me. I’ve been smoking for half my life and I have an extremely high tolerance. I grow, make my own rosin, edibles etc. Either way, I remember the day I GREENED OUT. Holy crap. Man it was on the same level as shrooms but in a much different way. It felt like I was going back into time and I was on another planet. Like literally on another planet. I remember I was at my apt at the time and I remember looking at all the other apts and thinking, bro, I live like an ant. I’m over here in like a colony. Just living right next to peole and all we do is work. And then it felt like a dream I had when I was 6 years old. It was insane. Hated the feeling. The other time I GREENED OUT was off of some homemade tincture. I wanted to get really high. And usually the dosage is like 5 drops. I drank about a half cup. If I didn’t have as much experience with weed as I did, I most definitely would have called the cops to tell them I was either dead or dying. I made my gf breathe out loud so I knew I was still alive. Greening out sucks. But I’m glad I experienced it.

CBD is counteractive cannabinoid to all psychoactive cannabinoids (Tetrahydrocannabinols(THC)) which include Delta-9, Delta-8, Delta-10, Delta-11, THC-P, THC-H, THC-B, THC-jd, HHC. All are found naturally in cannabis and hemp (HHC found in seeds) in small amounts which is why they are legal. They're synthesized from CBD in a semi-synthetic process that yields the identical compound found in nature.

I warned people when I worked at a dispensary, You can always eat more if you arent feeling it but you cant Un eat it if you ate too much. Edibles are hit and miss, at least here in OK, some are testing higher than they are advertised, really depends on the batch. I wish they worked for me but I guess my liver doesn't process it or something. 1500mg just makes me feel tired. Next time Mr. Sipper, take some sips and let it slowly hit you until you are comfortable!

Several years ago while in Seattle with a friend, we visited a dispensary and bought some things to try. One thing was a bag of chocolate malted milk balls. We had no idea what the chemical make up was. There were 10 in the bag and we each ate 5, like it was candy and it tasted like it. After about an hour, I was just wanting the feeling to go away. Can't really describe the feeling but it wasn't something I was liking or enjoying. That was my 1 and only experience with edibles and I have no desire to ever try that again regardless of what's in it.

I'm a long time smoker of the herb. Yeah, so 50mg would be quite potent if you take it orally. One thing that's hard for a lot of people to grasp, especially those who started out with smoking, is when you smoke it you're getting maybe a fraction of the total active cannabinoids present in the bud. You lose a lot in the combustion process. If a gram of bud contains roughly 100mgs of THC (10%), you're getting not even half that in a joint. In an edible (or drink), you're getting much MUCH closer to the full dose. You're getting basically whatever you can absorb through your intestines.

One time I accidentally did 4000mg. It was an experience that was almost psychedelic. Although not visually, it was definitely trippy. The only way I can experience is a type of lag, but within my senses. I would "lag" back, and then they would catch back up. Sort of like rubberbanding. But everything I did, mostly touch, would come back all at once. But it was every half a second or so, I dragged my blanket over me, and felt it over and over, like an echo. Greened out bad obviously. This stuff don't play around!

Im from Liverpool in the UK and I made some sugar with an Oz and used it to make a drink that I put 10 sugars in. I never want to be that high ever again, Im 60 and have smoked weed since I was 15yrs old so considered myself a regular user. That was not fun nor an enjoyable experience, It was a lovely strong high in the first hour but as I got into the second hour I could tell it was getting stronger and stronger and wouldnt stop getting stronger. A truly frightening experience, I couldnt think in scentences and was convinced I was dying. I had my son holding my hand for the last 3hrs making him promise to look after the other 3 kids after I was gone. I was in tears because the high just kept on climbing. Ive heard of cancer patients saying they would rather die than go through that again and I can appreiciate that reasoning. Never ever again. My sons hand was sore for 3 days after because I had crushed it in blind panic. I made some butter as a request for a friend and he reported back after going radio silent for 20hrs saying he will never do that again. Lmao. Fun times eh? My first edibles were "demon" gummies, boasting 500mg per gummy. They are intended for those with insane tolerances, otherwise they are suppose to be cut up and dosed... but how was I suppose to know? So, a full gummy it was. For half the day I thought I was lost in a YMCA public restroom or a mailman working a Detroit beat in the 70's about to miss my shift. It was interesting to say the least. I didn't green out, but I wouldn't recommend such a dose for anyone.

Yeah, I was partaking pretty regularly a while back. I was drinking 100mg cans and it was only getting me mildly high for a few hours. It only took a few months to build up that tolerance, surprisingly. I didn't think it was possible. It's pretty crazy. My 1st 100 can snuck up on me really hard tho. I took a couple of chugs and started feeling it in 10-15 minutes. Then I realized that I had drank probably 50mg in about 30 seconds. That liquid stuff will get you fast and hard. I quit a month or so ago, and it might be that last time I do it. I was drinking a can a day for a while there. I think it's time. Fun video tho.

Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago....Im 49, have smoked weed socially pretty much my whole life. My friend had some Delta 8 gummies and offered me some. I had automatically assumed since they were legal to sell everywhere that they couldnt be nothing strong like regular weed. I reached into the bag, and was gonna take as many as i pulled out. Luckily i only grabbed 2, lol. I took them, and within an hour, I felt so messed up, like I was drunk. I started getting nauseous, sweating, dizzy. I eventually started throwing up. I felt like i was messed up on some type of pills, i could barely hold my head up. It was awful! Like I said, im not some square, ive smoked, drinked....but this was just too much. I lay down and it wore off after several hours, but it made me worry about other people that will try this stuff without being aware of the consequences. Especially teens. The fact that stuff like this is legal, while actual weed still isnt in my state, doesnt make much sense. That did it for me tho, Im staying away from the Deltas, lol.

Don't make this strange assumption that legal = safe or that it must be kinda like weed lite or won't get you THAT high. I don't worry about teens. They shouldn't be taking edibles until 21.
