Love the tools. You make it look easy, but your knowledge is reflected in the manner you put the knife apart. You can spot nails, screws, and even space rings that are not easy to see. Looking forward to seeing more restorations. Thank you.

Great work I also dabble a bit in the knives and I do wood carving. So I can appreciate the level of your work and talents. Something I always notice is how these older knives have a full tang. Some knife makers I’ve seen today seem to scrimp on the full tang anymore. Not all I know some very good ones that make a great and expensive knives that still put a good full tang on theirs. I like this about a good knife. Thank you for sharing these great videos. I truly enjoy seeing you use simpler tools to do your restorations. I also like using them myself. Keep making these great videos and I’ll keep watching. Have a great day

Hello Boris 😂 Many thanks for watching! Glad that you like the knife 👍. I can't say with certainty, the shape is definitely a puukko knife, wait! I just researched a bit and it is 100%. Even I found the same makers stamp on the blade and the knife itself. It is rare old Finnish knife! So cool 👍 Thanks a lot for the help in finding more about this knife... sometimes info is in front of you and you don't see it 😂😂😂 Luckily you ask the right question!!! For fix the crack, is Bétera use a thread impregnated and move inside. Use the screwdriver add unnecessary tensión in the handle. The rest of the work, is nice

Такой реставратор, не очень понимает, что делает. Клинки портит, грани замыливает, абы сделать чтоб блестело. Соображения нету. Труда тратит много и руки , вроде как на месте а понимания предмета нет, жаль.
