I'd be curious how they did those polls, and what sort of people answered them. I think fitness and health are critical but imo women can be extremely desirable well into their 40s. I've seen women in their late 30s who were far more fit and attractive than women in their early 20s. It is all highly subjective.

@@sleepyhead6468 I still think that it's debatable. As a general rule I'd agree with you, but not 10/10. Maybe 8 out of 10 times that is true, but there are exceptions. Some people are late bloomers. Assuming she was fit and healthy in her 20s, she may maintain and increase that fitness level into her 30s far beyond what she was able to achieve in her 20s. Human physical peaks don't cap out till mid 30s anyway from what I've read. Possibly even later if you're genetically blessed. In GENERAL a 20 something will be more attractive than a 30 or 40 something. I am only saying that there are definitely exceptions to the rule. Rare as they may be

@@Prometheism That is only considering one biological factor. There are more than JUST primal reproduction factors to consider. Would the woman make a good mother and then be most likely to successfully raise the child? That is a valid consideration. If the woman is completely incompetent then she can have the best body and be at her most fertile, doesn't mean she's necessarily the most attractive, biologically. Arguably from the same position, you could say men at the age of 37 are nearing the end of their peak prime years and thus younger men should be most desirable to young women, men in their early 20s. But that's not the case here because women are factoring in other considerations as well, such as maturity, financial stability, competency. Things most men grow in significantly between their early 20s and late 30s.

Sorry to tell you but physically your peak was 18 to 23. Cognitively your brain is still developing until 25 to 28, but in terms of brain speed a 12 year old Rubik’s cube speed solve is faster than it will be when he is 15 no matter what he does or how much he continues to practice.

A woman's prime is from 18-25 years old. That's the age where universally men of all ages find women at their physical peak. Men usually peak in their 30s and can keep getting better until their 40s. This is because men and women look for different things in each other. Men get with women for youth and beauty for the reason of child-bearing. Women get with men for survival reasons. That is why men find the signals of fertility in women such as bigger hip to waist ratio, youthfulness as attractive while women find survival characteristics like confidence, strong shoulders/chest/arms, money, capability, status as attractive traits in men. The game is coded in that way. There are pros and cons to this. If you are a player playing the female game, the pros are that you don't have to work to get your value and worth in the sexual marketplace and in human society. It is given to you free-of-charge once you pass puberty. The cons are that your value will depreciate relatively quickly and you only have a fixed amount of time to get the commitment of the best man that you can attract and get. The challenge for the female human player therefore is to preserve her value as best as she can and to spend it wisely before her value runs out in her mid-30s. As for the player playing the male game, the pros is that there is the possibility of reaching the highest possible levels of human experience in all fields. For example, from the genetic aspect, a man reaching the highest levels is able to pass his genes down with many women and have way more children than a woman can ever have in her lifetime. A man also has more time to build up his value all the way into his 40s. The cons for playing the male game is that you are born without value at all and have to struggle and fight with others to earn your value. Throughout this process, about 70% of the male players would fail and not even be able to achieve any significant value and be eliminated from the game. So the male game is way more challenging, way more brutal and unforgiving but for the winners of the game, is much more rewarding.
