Just spectacular cinematography Walter! Shots are absolutely and honestly flawless! Wow, one huge BRAVO 👏

Thanks Ervin, it's a very popular place, so it's not easy to film there without people in every shot

I love Hocking Hills, still one of favorite places we’ve visited to date. It’s really special and totally unique. I want to get back there someday and hike some more. Great video as always!
@WALTERZOLNAАй бұрын
Thanks Ryan. I didn't do a whole lot of research before I went but I really wish that I would have. I agree 100 it is special and very unique. The sights exceeded my expectations, even with the waterfalls not flowing which as you can imagine was a huge bummer. Oh that would have added so much to the videos. Like often times, it wasn't until i got home that I really started to do more research and realize that although I had seen alot, I also missed alot. Hocking Hills is like a conundrum to me. Its the kind of place where you could "potentially" film some of the best stuff ever, but that potentiality is almost impossible to achieve because of the intense popularity of the place and concentration of folks in the real highlight areas. It is spectacular though and goes to show what a beautiful and amazing country we live in - even in a place that is not typically known for scenic beauty - Ohio - one can be shocked and awed by this incredible world we live in.

Wow, Walter! That was unreal. I'm glad you got to see that special place with your brother. You nailed it! Your lens and that amazing place is a match made in heaven, but I have to point out your audio track is sooo good! All of it. I never wanted to go to Ohio, but I do now! Tuesday is my favorite day to do anything. Thank you, Walter. Peace & Prayers.

It's pretty neat spot Jeff. It was definitely more than what I was expecting. The park is broken up into like 5 i think separate sections, and then there is a state forest interspersed as well. Actually there is a larger national forest - Wayne National Forest to the northeast of Hocking hills also. Lots to see and do there, but very crowded ...

This is such a beautiful and evocative film. I had visited Old Mans Cave way back in the early 90s when I lived in Columbus. It’s very special. Thx for bringing back memories. Your film looks even better than what I remember.

Sorry I missed your comment. I imagine the experience I had is different from most because that trail is likely packed with folks all the time. Going early in the morning, mid week, and in the rain was probably the best case scenario for me at least from a filming perspective. Thanks for the comments and I appreciate your watching as always.

Astounding beauty! It does resemble Utah or Arizona in it's geography. Thankfully, they had the foresight to protect the area as a park. Love the cinematography.

good morning, Walter. That place is incredible, I had no idea there was any place like that in Ohio. I've only been to Columbus once, and I was 18 and me and my best friend were only concerned with getting to the spring national drag races. And when I lived in Ohio, it was up near Cleveland, and it's just flat and not very pretty. But it will be worth it to travel about 1000 miles to see that in person. thank you again. Dwayne
