Most of my background is new construction installs, and installs on residential homes, I've done plenty of maintenance calls and some service I've been doing hvac now for just over 2 years, one day I'm gonna be like u, keep up the great work...

Even the old units,like a new capacitor and contactor,a little oil on the motors and a little water on the coils.you might not be back in a few years.
