you know they all do wrong with those swinging, having so much muscle body does not mean that they do correctly and we should follow them. NO. the title should be "how not to work biceps workout or what should not do during biceps workout not to get injured "

Here everybody is tall, big, super smart, master of master of training science. Cut this trash with me! What really mattets is that Branch's workout methods clearly works for him. Look at the PURE SIZE of the guy and tell him this is not the "right way". Dosent exist cake reciepe about training, asshole! If does, everybody would be big, just lifting with GOOD FORM.

Mighty Cute correctly 😂😂😂, biceps correctly training is straight body no momentum (only if you do cheats reps)contraction on the peak, and negatieve down 3sec tension. This have nothing with body buliding or old skool training the do!!!

biceps does not include movement with your hips.... if your tecnique sucks you wont build muscles. you will just injure yourself .

It's good to have cheat sets followed by drop set. Les ingredients secret. Drop sets are very important when cheating at the same time.
