That looks amazing! I know I'm commenting on a old video but I just got the Bronco recently and am curious what brand of thermometer you were using and if you would recommend it.

Thanks for watching alpineranger! It’s the Inkbird IRF-4S and I highly recommend it. Here is a profile video I did on it and in the video description there is a link where you can purchase one. If not already please subscribe to my channel and like the video. Happy Smokin 👍🏻 kzbin.info/www/bejne/oXaqiaimnLVoetUfeature=shared

Nice. How did you set up your pit? Was that all one burn without adding anything? Thanks
@BakersBBQ Жыл бұрын
Hey bp30656, thanks for watching! Yes it was all in one burn without having to add any charcoal or wood. In fact I had enough fuel left that I could have smoked a brisket or butt. I purchased the Bronco Pro charcoal pan and put it in my regular Bronco and I can easily get 20+ hours of burn time at 250*. Below is my video on how I set up this smoker and start it up. Please subscribe to my channel for tons more videos on this and all things bbq 👍🏻 kzbin.info/www/bejne/bHyxZ3-ljLSkhLM

@@bp30656 You’re welcome. No, there’s no need. It will seal up after a couple of cooks.
